  3. Place one paper towel on a plate, spread the seeds about 2 cm apart on it, cover with the second paper towel, and remove excess water from the plate.

  5. Check every 4-6 hours to ensure the paper towels stay moist, spraying with room temperature water as needed.

  7. Once the seeds sprout tap roots, plant them root down with about 2 cm of soil, keeping the soil moist by spraying.

Maintain ideal conditions: keep the temperature between 70-90ºF, use purified room temperature bottled water with a pH of 5.5 to 6, and minimize light exposure. Avoid touching the seeds directly.
